| SPX Dehydration Opens New Manufacturing Facility in Korea |

| Ocala, FL (January 15, 2003) SPX Air Treatment, North American's leading manufacturer of air filtration and dehydration equipment, expanded its global manufacturing base late last year with the opening of a new facility in Busan, South Korea.
Jemaco Flair has manufactured critical components for air compressor systems in Korea since 1987. The new facility, located near Busan, greatly expands the company's production capability. With its fully automated manufacturing process, it will be able to produce 30,000 refrigerated air dryers annually. These products manufactured at the facility remove water from air and other gases before they enter an air compressor.
Approximately 250 attended Jemaco Flair's grand opening celebration luncheon including domestic distributors, as well as distributors from Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, and China. The Indonesian distributor presented the company with a large order. |

| Also attending were representatives from Flair Japan, Flair Europe, and SPX Air Treatment U.S. John Caris, vice president of SPX Air Treatment U.S. congratulated the staff, and Jemaco Flair President and Founder Ben Lee thanked guests and emphasized the new plant's quality system and his goal for zero quality defects.
